HEADS UP

I'll finally get back to something like full-time blogging in another day or so. Why? Why now?

1. I am back in the District of Columbia, the only place outside of the 42nd state where a blog with this title should be written.


2. My new iBook has arrived. There are subtle cosmetic differences between this and the model I bought last year, and there are less subtle performance differences as well. I don't mean the new Panther-ized OSX, I mean that this one actually performs for more than 5 minutes before freezing.


3. I am powerless to resist the new Blogger interface. Navy, beige and orange never looked so good.

Before long I'll return with at least something on the Michael Kelly book reading I've already mentioned, and then we'll get on with things.

P.S. It is now summer, by which I mean the day I returned it was hot (85°+) and humid and even windy. Good thing my air conditioning is included with the rent.
