FREE ADVERTISING As promised, more pictures from last week's expedition to NE DC. Here's one just a block or so away from tony Lincoln Park, due East of the Capitol:  Yes, that's L-I-3 as in 5-4-3. Not as perplexing as JOCKO 1409, but still worth a double-take. Maybe they're just representing Long Island. Or maybe it's Chinese-owned?
